ernst scholtz

After a few years in practice as a psychologist, and working in various contexts, he moved into a career within business and organisations focusing on people practices, learning systems and organisational development. This led to a career working across continents in various people and leadership roles in diverse industries. In the process, building experience in people practices, change management, systems applications, organisational,  and leadership development. He has lead teams in operational start ups and expansions, and developed learning strategies for major projects and operations.

With an interest in the nature of organisations and how people work together, contribute, make sense and learn, he explored organisational patterns that are more reflective of how humans learn. These patterns are built on scientific evidence in biology, ecology, neuropsychology, complexity science and cognition. These sciences offers perspectives on the nature of interactions in complex adaptive systems. His current focus is on the patterns of organisation and relationships that nurtures trust, consciousness, transparency and action learning. These insights offers hope in the way organisations could work in generating vitality, learn, and contribute to the process of life and find a new balance between organisations and their environments.

Ernst holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Leadership
